Kip Klayton Architects originally started practice in Old Town Orange in 1986 and moved to the Irvine Spectrum area of Orange County in 1992.

A bit of nostalgia and the towns charisma led us back where we began, and to follow the practice of sustainability. Kip Klayton Architects acquired a unique and suitable building in the city of Orange. Our new studio, a 1927 vintage retail store has been converted to functional office space using recycled and green building materials.

The rebirth of Kip Klayton Architects back in Old Towne Orange in 2008 defines and parallels the vision of our commitment to a sustainable future. Our new studios embrace the past, present, and the future.
